The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is two days, but may vary for custom orders. In other words, on weekends and public holidays we do not ship.

Yes, we accept returns. To return a product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item within 30 days of delivery.
But we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
